We will have a series of one-to-one sessions tailored to your specific needs. This may be by phone, via the web (skype/zoom) or face-to-face, whichever suits you best.
We will work together for either 3, 6 or 12 month periods. Generally speaking, 3 months tends to be the minimum length of time needed for a significant, lasting transformation to your stress and energy levels, health and quality of life.
My approach is to address the BODY first and then the MIND as follows:
1. NOURISH - We will analyse your diet and examine where improvements are needed and implement accordingly.
2. SLEEP - You will start to incorporate strategies to support a good night's sleep.
3. MOVE - Any form of exercise is key. We will explore options that enable you to move your body on a consistent and regular basis.
4. PAUSE - You will seek ways to take time out during your day, whether through meditation/mindfulness/breathing exercises or simply a quiet cup of tea.
5. REFRAME - And finally, with a calmer, quieter mind from the previous steps, we will identify and explore the issues you are facing that are contributing to your experience of stress. We will consider a new perspective on your challenges by examining the way our minds work.
