After we have established from the free consultation that we both want to proceed, we will meet for an initial appointment of 90 minutes for me to gain a deep understanding of both your physical and emotional/life challenges. This may be via the web (skype/zoom) or face-to-face, whichever suits you best.
Guided by an analysis of your diet and following this appointment, we will conduct a series of tests to establish your unique physiology and how this may be impacting your mood. Once I have the results, I will create a bespoke programme for you, involving diet modifications and supplements.
My approach is to address the body first and then the mind:
Body
The initial follow-up appointment (of up to 60 minutes) will cover feedback from the tests and advice on diet. We will also explore how your lifestyle can be improved (eg sleep, exercise) and I will also support you in the behavioural changes required to establish new healthy habits.
Mind
In subsequent appointments and as your mood and frame of mind starts to improve with the changes made above, we will focus on any life challenges you may be experiencing that are contributing to your stress and anxiety. With a variety of psychological tools, I will help you resolve any issues and enhance all aspects of your life.
